Domino's aims for burger fans

Here's the blueprint for Domino's American Classic Cheeseburger Pizza: a hand-tossed crust covered with a layer of specially created "cheeseburger sauce," slices of white American cheese, shredded provolone and shredded cheddar cheeses, lots of crumbled hamburger, onions and chopped tomatoes.
